Domineque Arias

Domineque brings over 12 years of teaching experience across a range of educational settings, with a strong foundation in inclusive, student-centered, and nature-connected learning. Domineque began her teaching career at CHIME Charter School, where she gained deep experience in co-teaching, curriculum differentiation, and mentoring new educators. Her path later led her to MUSE School, where she designed inquiry- and project-based curriculum that integrated student passions with academic content and real-world experiences.  Most recently, Domineque has taught in a Montessori preschool and a public Kindergarten setting in Arizona, where she continues to emphasize independence, curiosity, and social-emotional development. Her approach to education is rooted in experiential learning, connection to nature, and fostering student agency. In addition to her classroom work, Domineque is trained in programs such as Mindfulness, Second Step, and Zones of Regulation, and she has presented professional development for colleagues.

Educational Background: She holds a California K–6 Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and an Arizona K–8 Standard Professional Certificate, and has taught multiple grade levels in both charter and independent schools. Domineque also holds a bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from Cal State Northridge.
