Nia Andrews is a multidisciplinary creative and producer with experience in music, media, and artist development. She most recently served as Senior Producer of Video Production at Columbia Records, where she led complex projects from concept through execution, collaborating with artists and their teams at pivotal stages of their campaigns to create work with lasting cultural impact. She now works independently as a writer, creative director, and consultant, guiding both emerging and established artists and directors. In addition to her production background, Nia is a singer/songwriter and musician who has toured internationally, with healing as a central force in her practice. A former Manzanita parent, she is committed to supporting creative expression that resonates and endures.
