Jill acts as a member of Manzanita’s Office Team, supporting parent, staff, and student needs, providing First Aid, recess supervision, filling various school support roles, as well as working together with the rest of the Office Team to tend to the various moving parts behind-the-scenes. She has had a long career as an early childhood educator, where she helped to facilitate a strong foundation towards a love of learning, through a hands-on approach. Jill has been part of the Cali Camp team for over 25 years, working as a Junior Camp Director, Team Leader, and Office Manager. She has had a variety of experiences in event management, sales, marketing, and public relations. She values being able to engage in meaningful conversation with the students, the like-minded community fostered at Manzanita, and the beautiful property with its abundance of opportunities for nature connection. Outside of school hours, Jill loves going camping, on road trips, hiking, to see live music, and to waterfalls. She collects crystals and loves to cook. She is a proud mother to two amazing daughters, wife to an artist, and is a long-time Topanga local.

Educational Background: Jill is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Education and Music History.
